I have used 60 series studs just to line them both up for the fit but they are too long so I will have try maybe the standard 40 series ones. Did you ever find a stud that worked? What I've been doing is installing the studs as usual and running small wheel spacers.. I'm sure theres a more elegant solution out there.. I've seen washers put under the heads of the studs, this is a poor solution IMO..
